As the director of strategic alliances at Ultimate Software, Ginny oversees all partnerships with companies that have a complementary product and are integrated with UltiPro. In just five years with Ultimate, she's grown the Ultimate Partner Network by more than 70% and the number of integrated solutions by more than 75%. Today, more than 60% of Ultimate's customers are using one of those integrations.
Ginny is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has an MBA from the Citadel. When she's not working, you'll find her spending time with her husband, two small children, and two dogs, on the water, traveling, or with a good book in her hand.
